📌 How do you design technology that truly works for the people it’s meant to serve?
For Microsoft, in partnership with AGRA, the goal was clear: make AgriBot a more impactful, farmer-centered platform.

Through in-depth research across three countries, we uncovered how smallholder farmers engage with the platform and where their needs weren’t being fully met.

We combined qualitative research, journey mapping, and behavioral segmentation to develop a roadmap to:
✅ Increase farmer engagement and retention
✅ Deliver more relevant, localized support
✅ Improve overall platform usability and experience

The result: a more intuitive, insight-driven platform designed around real farmer needs.
