🏡 Your family's peace of mind starts with informed hiring decisions.

We spend time researching phones before buying them. But do we take the same care when choosing someone to work in our homes?

Before hiring domestic staff, take time to verify their identity, check relevant criminal records, and contact previous employers or referees.

A few simple verification steps can help you make a more informed decision about who you trust with your home.

🔎 Verify before you hire. Your family deserves that peace of mind.

A certificate can look genuine. But is it?

Over 10,000 potentially fraudulent certificates have been flagged in Kenya’s public service—highlighting the importance of proper credential verification.

Before making a hiring or promotion decision, verify the qualification, not just the paper.

At Darubini Screening International, we help organizations verify academic and professional credentials through trusted sources.

🔎 Verify before you hire.

A “reputable supplier” can look legitimate—until you verify the details.

No real directors.
No credible trading history.
An address leading to an empty lot.

🔎 KYB checks help uncover these red flags before you sign the contract—not after.

At Darubini Screening International, we help organizations verify businesses and critical information so they can make safer, more informed decisions.

Verify before you contract. Know who you're doing business with.

Is it legal to run a background check in Kenya? 🤔

Yes — with the candidate's consent, and only for what's relevant to the role.

That's what the Data Protection Act, 2019 requires.

We build it into every check, by design. ✅

The CV said 4 years' experience.
The references said 'great employee.'
The university said... 'we've never heard of them.'

This is why background checks exist.

Not to slow your hiring down.
To protect it.

Save this for the next time someone tells you 'we don't have time to verify.'
