As the world awaits for the virus to come down or at least a way of managing it, our lives have been turned upside down. However, this is a time for organisations to strategise on post-covid 19 and focus on lessons learned. It is time for organisations to adopt Double-loop learning( questioning issues and the existing procedures and practices) to ensure they match with the current environment. It is not all doom and gloom as organisations may find other ways of cutting down on operational costs without reducing the workforce, while still remaining competitive.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION
Job Description
Our Client is currently looking to hire Sales Representatives to sell Electronic weighing equipment and related software.
The sales representative will be responsible for overseeing the sale of the products from beginning to end with the help of the technical team. This individual will be the direct point of contact with the customer and will be in -charge of ensuring customer’s needs and expectations are met.

Responsibilities will include:
Reaching out to potential customers in the targeted areas
Guiding customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily
Resolving customer complaints and queries
Meeting expected sales targets
Preparing and submitting weekly sales reports and purchase orders to management
Assisting other team members with transactions when necessary
Adjusting sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
Contacting existing clients periodically to ensure that they’re happy with the services or products they’ve received
Offer after sales support services

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma in Sales, Business or IT.
Basic computer skills
Experience in sales preferably selling of industrial equipment.
Strong persuasion and customer service skills
A self-motivated and focused person who can work with minimal supervision
Patience to deal with customer issues and ability to connect with clients at all levels.

Job Location: Must be Residing in Nakuru or Nyandarua area or willing to relocate to the area.
