Как они этого добились? Давайте разберём основные маркетинговые фишки этой компании.

1. «Как вас зовут?». Маркетологи Старбакс знают как правильно давить на эго. Именной стаканчик — это, конечно, их главный маркетинговый ход, который создал компании культовый образ.

2. Дружеский стиль общения — еще одна их фишка. Персонал в Старбаксе проходит жёсткую подготовку. Они должны быть открыты, общительны и заводить дружеский разговор со всеми клиентами.

3. Был продуман даже момент с мебелью: если Starbucks находится в оживленном месте, стулья здесь будут максимально некомфортные — вы не сможете развалиться и полчаса пить кофе, а уступите место следующему клиенту.

4. Специальное освещение заставит вас купить то, что вы даже не хотели. При входе полумрак, зато зона касс и полок с товарами освещена ярче всего. Люди неосознанно реагируют на ярко освещенные витрины и совершают импульсивные покупки.

Немного о цифрах: за всё время на рекламу сети кофеен было потрачено $260 млн, представляете? Но, этот кэш себя точно оправдал.

Кстати, еще один очень интересный факт: в одной из серии 8-го сезона Игры Престолов по ошибке засветился стаканчик кофе в кадре.
Зрители подумали, что это Starbucks и этот информационный шум принес им 2,3 млрд $ прибыли. Вот она сила продакт плэйсмента!💁🏻‍♀️

Remember, there are 3 levels to your customer’s problem: external, internal, and philosophical. Good marketers speak to all of them!

1️⃣ External problem — the actual PROBLEM
2️⃣ Internal problem — how your customer FEELS about their problem
3️⃣ Philosophical problem — what your customer BELIEVES about their problem

When you speak to all 3 levels of the problem, customers will flock to buy the solution you offer! 💪

It might have happened with you when you see something or hear about something it suddenly starts popping everywhere.

4 PHASES OF A MARKETING PLAN

Of course, the real starting point of the marketing process is always your overall business goals, since your marketing program will be designed to help you accomplish these. Once your business goals are defined, here are the four steps of a successful marketing process:

Discovery.

What’s going on in your marketplace? What are the best target markets for your product or service? Where are your current customers located?

Strategy.

All of the information you gather in step #1 is then used to help make your decisions as you create your marketing plans – your roadmap to success. How will you go to market? What is your overall marketing strategy and what are your individual campaign strategies? Before you move forward you’ll need to clearly define goals and objectives.

Implementation.

This, of course, is the “meat” of the marketing process. Implementation is where you put your targeted, cost-effective marketing campaigns into action.

Measurement.

The measurement phase of the marketing process is where you take a close look at the results of the campaign to refine your strategies before moving forward.
