I’m delighted to share our article with my Academic Supervisor, Professor Sohiba Inoyatova, published in the August 2026 issue of the Uzbek Journal of Law and Digital Policy (IRSHAD).

Our research explores the harmonization of national civil law with international arbitration rules in the field of cybersecurity, with a comparative focus on the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL Rules.

This publication is especially meaningful to me as the result of collaborative research, thoughtful discussions and valuable academic guidance.

My article has been published in the August issue of Right and Duty+.

The research explores cybersecurity in international commercial arbitration and how international standards can be incorporated into the legal framework of Uzbekistan.

Who has access to case materials?
How are electronic documents protected?
Who is responsible if confidential information is compromised?

These are no longer purely technical questions, they are an essential part of modern legal practice.

I believe research is most valuable when it connects theory with practice and contributes to real legal solutions.

Cross-border cooperation creates new opportunities but also requires strong legal foundations.

During the discussion “When Xinjiang Meets Central Asia: Arbitration Without Borders,” I spoke about the role of arbitration in supporting trade, investment and major infrastructure projects between China and Central Asia.

Carefully drafted contracts, balanced risk allocation and effective dispute-resolution mechanisms are essential for building sustainable and trusted international partnerships.

I am pleased to participate in the international discussion “When Xinjiang Meets Central Asia: Arbitration Without Borders.”

My sincere gratitude to the organizers for the kind invitation and the opportunity to present on “Arbitration and Cross-Border Business in Central Asia: A Practitioner’s Perspective.”

I shared my views on the expanding economic cooperation between China and Central Asia and the growing importance of effective arbitration mechanisms for cross-border trade, investment and infrastructure projects.

As regional cooperation develops, legal certainty, carefully drafted contracts, balanced risk allocation and enforceable dispute-resolution mechanisms become increasingly important.

Для меня цифровое доверие:

- безопасность и конфиденциальность данных;
- прозрачное и ответственное использование AI;
- достоверность электронных доказательств;
- понятное распределение ответственности;
- сохранение человеческого контроля.

Кибербезопасность сегодня - уже не только техническая задача. Это часть права, бизнеса, международного арбитража и нашей профессиональной ответственности.

Технологии делают мир быстрее. Но устойчивое цифровое будущее невозможно без доверия, этики и осознанного участия человека.
