Job Responsibilities and Requirement for Sale Staff
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
• Present and sell computer equipment and its related products.
• Gather customer requirements and provide solution to meet customer needs.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
• Create sales or service contracts for products or services.
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
• Research the market and identify potential customers for related products or services.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Review your own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets
• Attend team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Prepare daily sales activities report
Requirement
• Own transportation
• The ability and desire to sell
• pleasant personality, and positive attitude, honest & reliable
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or any similar certificate related fields
• Experience in computer product or similar position is a plus.
• Computer skill (Microsoft Office), fluency in English /or Chinese
• Intellectual person and able to work under pressure
• High commitment to deliver the result and company’s expectation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
• A high degree of self-motivation and drive
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
