🚨 Good news for businesses with outstanding annual declarations.

Cambodia's Ministry of Commerce has extended penalty relief until 10 January 2027.

Penalty applies to the most recent outstanding year only — but you must:
✔️ Pay the applicable penalty
✔️ Settle outstanding annual declaration fees
✔️ Complete shareholder background check

Don't ignore this — non-compliance may result in your company being classified as Inactive.
