Position: Project Coordinator Manager

Main responsibilities/Job description:
Supervise the performance of all contracts by the company in Cambodia and provide a fair, objective, and comprehensive assessment of the company's work.
Inspect and ensure that all food manufacturing processes meet the standards; oversee the food promotion, sales, and after-sales service of the company to ensure that all equipment and tools are in proper working condition.
Coordinate relationships with other functional departments, strengthen horizontal communication, and ensure close cooperation between company departments.
Establish a good relationship with the local sanitation department in Cambodia.
Regularly inspect the food safety, hygiene, and employees' knowledge of food in the central kitchen, complete relevant record forms, and organize and file them.
Evaluate food suppliers and establish good relationships with them.
Prepare an annual consumption statistics report for the central kitchen at the end of each year and propose a budget for the next year's consumption and equipment procurement.
Supervise subordinates to submit work reports and work plans for the department at the end of each month.
