ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ 2022 សម្រាប់គម្រោងដែលតម្រូវឲស្នើសុំលិខិតអនុញ្ញាតសាងសាង់ តម្រូវឲធ្វើការត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងបញ្ជាក់ជាមុនសិន។

នៅឆ្នាំ 2019 ក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ (MLMUPC) បានបង្កើតច្បាប់ស្តីពីសំណង់ ហើយក្រសួងបានបង្កើតប្រព័ន្ធច្បាប់សម្រាប់ផ្តល់អាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណត្រួតពិនិត្យនិងបញ្ជាក់សំណង់ទៅឱ្យក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជនដោយក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ (MLMUPC) ក្នុងឆ្នាំ 2020 និងបើកដំណើរការអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណត្រួតពិនិត្យនិងបញ្ជាក់សំណង់នៅខែមករាឆ្នាំ 2022។

We, URATA (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD., have acquired a Level 1 Construction Certification License by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) of the Kingdom of Cambodia on June 8, 2022.
URATA (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. is the first foreign company to acquire the level 1, construction certifier license.
In 2019, MLMUPC revised the local construction law, and they established a system for outsourcing construction certifier services to private companies by the MLMUP in 2020, and MLMUPC launched the construction certifier services in January of 2022.
The business of construction certifier is to check and confirm the design and/or build work that can provide evaluate conformity to construction owner to apply for construction permit certification and construction site opening certification.
We will start preliminary consultation (application method, etc.) on as soon as ready July 18, 2022, and we will fully operate the construction certifier business on 1st August 2022.
We will fully utilize the know-how of Japanese Construction Quality that we have cultivated so far, and contribute to society and the construction business through the construction certifier services in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
