One of the biggest challenges during my journey here has been adapting to continuous changes, especially in team structure and responsibilities as the company grows.
At times, roles were not clearly defined, and workloads increased as we expanded. However, this challenge helped me develop strong problem-solving skills, improve communication, and take more ownership in supporting the team.
Through this experience, Iβve grown both professionally and personally, and I've become more confident in handling responsibility.
What inspires me to stay with the company is the opportunity to grow and make a real impact.
Over the past 10 years, Iβve been given chances to take on new responsibilities, develop my skills, and contribute to team success. I also find motivation in supporting team members and seeing them improve and achieve their goals.
The company provides a dynamic environment where I continue to learn, face new challenges, and build long-term value in my career.
