Photographer & Video Editor ( x 2 Positions )
Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Photography, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
● 1-2 + years of professional experience as a video editor and photographer, preferably in an agency or fast-paced brand environment
● Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both high-quality photography and dynamic video editing (short-form and long-form)
● Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Final Cut Pro)
● Proven experience in setting up studio lighting, audio recording equipment, and operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras
● Strong understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
● Experience managing asset libraries, file organization, and post-production workflows
● Ability to take creative direction and translate concepts/storyboards into engaging visual content
● Familiarity with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design/audio mixing
● Ability to use Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides for project tracking and collaboration
● Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills to meet tight deadlines
● Ability to work collaboratively with content creators, designers, and marketing teams
● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for brand aesthetics and consistency
