កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមហ៊ុនមេគង្គ អ៊ិនគ្លូស៊ីវ វេនឈ័រ (MIV) ក្នុងនាមជាស្ថាប័នគាំទ្រសហគ្រិនភាព (ESO) ដែលផ្តោតលើការលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រ បរិយាបន្នពិការភាព និងបរិយាបន្នសង្គម (GEDSI) មានកិត្តិយសណាស់ដែលបានចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនចែករំលែកលើប្រធានបទ «ការអនុវត្តធុរកិច្ចប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន» ក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ការការពារសិទ្ធិអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់៖ ការអនុវត្តធុរកិច្ចប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន»។

ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយ អគ្គ.ការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ កិច្ចការប្រកួតប្រជែង និងបង្ក្រាបការក្លែងបន្លំ CCF នៃ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម Ministry of Commerce សហការជាមួយសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប (EU) និងក្រសួងសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ (BMZ) ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរទិវាសិទ្ធិអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ពិភពលោក ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ផលិតផលមានសុវត្ថិភាព អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មានទំនុកចិត្ត»។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការទទួលខុសត្រូវរួមគ្នារវាងរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងវិស័យឯកជន ក្នុងការបង្កើតទីផ្សារដែលមានតម្លាភាព បរិយាបន្ន និងមានការប្រកួតប្រជែង។

ចំណុចសំខាន់ៗនៃព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះរួមមាន៖
✅ឈ្វេងយល់ពីរបៀបដែលអាជីវកម្មអាចបម្រើសេវាកម្មដល់ប្រជាជនគ្រប់រូបឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង បូករួមទាំងជនមានពិការភាពផងដែរ។
✅ទីផ្សារឌីជីថលប្រកបដោយយុត្តិធម៌៖ ពិភាក្សាអំពីរបៀបដែលពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក អាចធានាបាននូវសុវត្ថិភាព តម្លាភាពនៃតម្លៃ និងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទសម្រាប់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់។
✅សំឡេងរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មានសារៈសំខាន់៖ ការស្វែងយល់ពីរបៀបដែល «សមាគមអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់» អាចជួយឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទូទៅហ៊ានបញ្ចេញមតិប្រឆាំងនឹងការអនុវត្តអាជីវកម្មមិនស្មោះត្រង់។

Building a Fairer and Inclusive Market Together 🛡️✨

On March 15, 2026, Mekong Inclusive Ventures (MIV), as an Entrepreneurial Support Organization (ESO) focused on promoting gender equality, disability inclusion, and social inclusion (GEDSI), was honored to participate as a speaker sharing on the topic of “Inclusive Business Practices” in the workshop on “Consumer Protection: Inclusive Business Practices.”

This event was organized by the Consumer Protection, Competition and Fraud Repression Directorate-General (CCF) of the Ministry of Commerce, in collaboration with the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), to celebrate World Consumer Rights Day 2026 under the theme “Safe Products, Confident Consumers.” The event reflected the shared responsibility of the government and the private sector in creating a market that is transparent, inclusive, and competitive.

Key highlights of the day included:
✅Learning how businesses can better serve everyone, including people with disabilities.
✅Fair digital markets: Discussing how e-commerce platforms can ensure safety, price transparency, and conflict resolution for users.
✅Your Voice Matters: Exploring how “Consumer Associations” can help ordinary citizens speak up against bad business practices.

Real change, however, depends on everyone. Success also relies on the active participation of civil society and consumers. By staying informed and making mindful choices, everyday people help drive the high standards that protect our community and build a fairer market for all.

✨This marks the 10th province where the training course on "Business Models and Digital Technology Adoption for Cambodian SMEs" has been successfully organized. The event took place on February 13-14, 2026, at the National University of Battambang.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. King Chanlay, Vice President of FASMEC, representing Oknha Te Taingpor, President of the Board of Directors of FASMEC and the Samdech Techo Foundation Association.

A total of 30 entrepreneurs from the agriculture, manufacturing, and services sectors participated. A standout feature of this session was the extraordinary dynamism of the Battambang SMEs. From the opening remarks to the final closing, participants maintained:

-High Energy Levels: Sustained focus and active participation throughout the full two-day schedule.
-Eagerness to Learn: A proactive "growth mindset," with many participants expressing a deep hunger for modern business knowledge.
-Vibrant Atmosphere: The training wasn't just educational; it was interactive and enjoyable, fostering a collaborative environment among local business owners.

This program is supported by Skills Development Fund (SDF) and organized by Federation of Associations for SMEs of Cambodia (FASMEC) with Mekong Inclusive Ventures.

A total of 35 entrepreneurs from the agriculture, manufacturing, and services sectors participated. A standout feature of this session was the extraordinary dynamism of the Siem Reap SMEs. From the opening remarks to the final closing, participants maintained:

Chan Rasoth, Vice President of the Federation of Association for Small and Medium Enterprises of Cambodia (FASMEC) for Takeo Province—representing Oknha Te Taingpor, President of the Board of Directors of FASMEC and the Samdech Techo Foundation Association—presided over the opening ceremony of a training course on "Business Models and Digital Adoption for Cambodian SMEs." The training is being held on February 3–4, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Department of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, Takeo Province with 25 Enterprises.

The objective of the training was to provide participants with essential knowledge on key topics, particularly the Business Model Canvas (BMC), to help SMEs rethink and redesign their business strategies in a structured and systematic way. The BMC enables SMEs to identify opportunities for innovation, improve business efficiency, and strengthen competitiveness. In parallel, the rapid growth of digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities for small businesses to promote their products and services more effectively. However, many Cambodian SMEs still lack digital literacy and hands-on experience in using tools such as Facebook Boost or AI-powered marketing platforms to reach their target customers. Without these skills, SMEs often face challenges in attracting new customers, analyzing market data, and making data-driven business decisions.
