Position:[ Business Development Director ]
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Growth:
โข Develop and implement business growth strategies.
โข Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
โข Set revenue targets and create action plans to achieve them.
2. Sales & Partnerships:
โข Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
โข Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements.
โข Oversee B2B sales and business alliances.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
โข Analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
โข Identify customer needs and align business offerings accordingly.
โข Monitor market conditions to adjust business strategies.
4. Leadership & Team Management:
โข Lead and mentor the business development team.
โข Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, operations).
โข Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
5. Financial & Budget Management:
โข Manage budgets and forecast revenue growth.
โข Ensure business development activities align with financial goals.
Job Qualifications:
1. Education & Experience:
โข Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
โข 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic management.
โข Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion.
2. Skills & Competencies:
โข Strong negotiation and communication skills.
โข Leadership and team management abilities.
โข Market research and analytical thinking.
โข Experience in contract negotiations and closing deals.
โข Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools.
3. Industry Knowledge:
โข Deep understanding of the industry the company operates in.
โข Knowledge of international business and market expansion strategies (if applicable).
