カンボジア不動産事業・質屋規制当局（RPR）は、プリンス・リアルエステート・グループが開発した9つのプロジェクトの購入者に対し、所有権情報の更新および必要書類の提出を呼びかけています。

対象となるお客様は、2026年7月1日から7月31日までのプロジェクト別スケジュールに従い、必要書類をご準備のうえ、手続きを行う必要があります。

The Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR) has announced that buyers of nine Prince Real Estate Group projects are required to update their ownership information and submit the necessary documents.

Eligible customers must follow the project-specific schedule from July 1 to July 31, 2026 and prepare the required documents for the procedure.

📢 Job Opening: Japanese-speaking Staff (1 Position)

JCI LAB is looking for a motivated and responsible Japanese-speaking Staff to join our team and support Japanese clients in Cambodia.

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
📍 Location: Phnom Penh

**Key Responsibilities

• Support and assist Japanese clients visiting Cambodia
• Arrange airport pick-up/drop-off and transportation
• Accompany clients to property viewings and explain properties
• Assist with bank and securities account opening
• Coordinate with banks and related partners
• Respond to emails and inquiries (Japanese & English)
• Provide local support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service
• Conduct research on real estate, finance, and market trends
• Translation (Khmer ⇄ English ⇄ Japanese) as needed
• Support company events and investment seminars
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

**Requirements

• Japanese level N2 or above (N3 accepted with strong English)
• Good communication skills in Japanese (English is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Friendly, responsible, and open-minded personality
• Presentable and able to work with clients directly
• Able to travel for client support
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Flexible to work on weekends or evenings when required
