📢 សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងអំពី Research Article Publication
ដេប៉ាតឺម៉ង់គិលានុបដ្ឋាក នៃមហាវិទ្យាល័យគិលានុបដ្ឋាក និងឆ្មប នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យពុទ្ធិសាស្ត្រ មានសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយក្នុងការចែករំលែកនូវការចេញផ្សាយស្នាដៃស្រាវជ្រាវថ្មីៗ ស្តីពី Food fortification strategies to address micronutrient deficiencies in Cambodia។
ការចេញផ្សាយបោះពុម្ភអត្តបទស្រាវជ្រាវ នេះបានបង្ហាញពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមដែលកំពុងបន្តកើតមាន នៃកង្វះមីក្រូសារធាតុចិញ្ចឹម ជាពិសេស ជាតិដែក អ៊ីយ៉ូដ និងវីតាមីនអា ដែលបន្តជះឥទ្ធិពលដល់ប្រជាជនដែលងាយរងគ្រោះ ជាពិសេសលើស្ត្រី និងកុមារ។ លើសពីនេះ ក៏បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើតួនាទីនៃការបន្ថែមសារធាតុចិញ្ចឹមក្នុងអាហារថាជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដែលមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ចំណាយតិច និងមានចីរភាព ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់អាហារូបត្ថម្ភ និងសុខភាពសាធារណៈនៅក្នុងកម្ពុជា។
ការសិក្សានេះក៏បានពិភាក្សាបន្ថែមអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយ ការបង្កើនកិច្ចសហការពីវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម និងការពង្រីកគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជាការបន្ថែមសារធាតុចិញ្ចឹមក្នុងអង្ករ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យមានផលវិជ្ជមានកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយដល់ប្រជាជន។

📢 Publication Research Article Announcement
The Department of Nursing, Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Puthisastra, is pleased to share a recent publication on food fortification strategies to address micronutrient deficiencies in Cambodia.
This publication highlights the ongoing challenges of micronutrient deficiencies particularly iron, iodine, and vitamin A which continue to affect vulnerable populations, especially women and children. It also emphasizes the role of food fortification as a cost-effective and sustainable strategy to improve nutrition and public health outcomes in Cambodia.
The study further discusses the importance of strengthening policy implementation, enhancing industry compliance, and expanding key initiatives such as rice fortification to ensure wider population impact.
