តើអ្វីជាអាទិភាពរបស់កម្ពុជានៅក្នុងកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់?
នៅសប្តាហ៍ក្រោយ សូមចូលរួមជាមួយដៃគូរដ្ឋាភិបាលរបស់យើង គឺអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ កិច្ចការប្រកួតប្រជែង និងបង្រ្កាបការក្លែងបន្លំ «ក.ប.ប.» នៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមអំពីកម្មវិធីជាតិស្តីពីកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់នៅកម្ពុជា ដែលនឹងត្រូវដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការ ដោយអមជាមួយនឹងឯកសារគតិយុត្ត ព្រមទាំងគោលការណ៍ណែនាំថ្មីមួយចំនួន។ ទាំងនេះ គឺសុទ្ធតែជាឯកសារយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ជួយដល់ការបកស្រាយ និងអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្តីពីកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់នៅកម្ពុជា ។ កម្មវិធីជាតិស្តីពីកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ ផ្តល់នូវក្របខ័ណ្ឌតម្រង់ទិសអំពីសកម្មភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវសំខាន់ៗសម្រាប់អនុវត្តក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០២២-២០២៦ ដែលផ្អែកលើការរួមចំណែកគាំទ្រពីទីភ្នាក់ងារ GIZ ប្រចាំប្រទេសឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី។ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលប៉ុន្មានឆ្នាំចុងក្រោយ ទាំងតំបន់អាស៊ាន និងនៅទីម័រខាងកើត សុទ្ធតែបានកសាងនូវប្រភេទឯកសារជាតិប្រហាក់ហែលគ្នា ជាក់ស្តែងមានកម្មវិធីជាតិស្តីពីកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់នៃប្រទេសភូមា និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិនៃប្រទេសឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ីជាដើម។

Providing the framework and orientation about key actions and responsibilities for 2022-2026, the NCPP builds on the contributions of GIZ Indonesia, ASEAN & Timor-Leste to a similar program in as well as a national strategy in in the past years. We look forward to this hybrid seminar and interesting discussions with stakeholders from the government, business community, as well as civil society.

[Meet our Speakers and Panelists]

This coming Thursday 17 March 2022, the Consumer Protection, Competition and Fraud Repression Directorate-General (CCF) under the Ministry of Commerce, and GIZ assisted project, COMPETE is organising an Official Launch of National Dissemination Workshop on Competition Law: “Promoting Fair and Honest Business Relations for Economic Efficiency and Consumer Welfare”.
CCF delegates, businesses, academics along with legal practitioners from the Cambodian community will come together in a panel discussion to deliver key messages on the views of the Law on Competition, the scope of prohibited practices, other restrictive practices as well as to highlight the gain or benefit from fair competition and broaden the customers' choice from drafting to the adoption of the Law on Competition.
