INVITATION TO BID
JAPAN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AGENCY CAMBODIA OFFICE WILL CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE SHOPPING FOR PROCUREMENT OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER TECHNICAL COOPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF JAPAN AS FOLLOWS.

1. General Information
(1) Name of Procurement: Laboratory Equipment for Project for Development and Dissemination of Sustainable Production System based on Invasive Pest Management of Cassava in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand (Cassava SATREPS).
(2) Description and Specifications of the Goods to be procured: as per “Request for Quotation”
(3) Deadline of Delivery: The Goods shall be delivered within 5 weeks after signing on contract.
(4) Place of Delivery (Site): National University of Battambang (NUBB), Krong Battambong, Battambang Province.
(5) Offer Currency: USD only

2. Eligible Companies
Those who are duly registered by the Ministry of Commerce and General Department of Taxation of Cambodia

3. Distribution of Request for Quotation
Distribution will be made in JICA Cambodia Office or by electric data. It is free of charge.
Please ask to the person in charge in mentioned 5 to contact for detail.
Period of Distribution: 21st-26th January 2021 except Saturday and Sunday
Between 8:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm
4. Relevant Information
(1) Deadline for your Offer: At 2:00 pm 4th February 2021
All offers shall be opened and evaluated by the Purchaser after the deadline.
(2) Criteria for Selection of Successful Supplier
A supplier whose offer price is lowest and lower than the pre-determined price set by JICA Cambodia Office in accordance with rules and regulations of JICA will be a successful negotiator.
(3) Contract: To be drafted by JICA Cambodia Office, and agreed by both parties
