They were initially scared something had happened to him The last thing they had heard from him he was headed out on a business trip for a couple of days
Results of investigation.

After receiving picture and the information of the missing director we were able to tracking down we had him under surveillance for couple of days and found out he actually went to work for another company just did not have the guts to contact the old company and resign also he had handed over trade information to the new company so we told the

New post (Case file) has been published on South East Asia & Associates Private Investigator Consulting & Research - Case file South East Asia & Associates

All names have been changed to protect the innocent
Case # 342

We were contacted by a gentleman at the time was in the UK working and had left his girlfriend here in Cambodia in a very lovely apartment

And was sending her about $900 a month in order to support her and pay for the bills

but after being gone a few weeks he noticed she was getting harder and harder to get hold of especially in the evenings or at night the phone would be shut off or not answer and in the mornings she would not answer and claimed she was sleeping and didn’t hear it ring and that was fine except it became a regular occurrence so he begin to get quite suspicious as you can understand
So he decided to call South East Asia & Associates

And after a couple discussions in which we insured him that we would be very discreet and that she would not find out he decided to hire us

Os he furnished us with her Name & Picture and address and some of the places she likes to hangout including the place she used to work at and a couple other names she

Likes to go by
So you may asked was she a good girl or bad girl?

Well we gathered all of our information together and it was on a Tuesday we went out and discover the apartment and area that she was living in

And placed a couple associates to keep an I on things sure enough for about 6pm she left in went to the local market And had her hair done and then she went to a barbecue place and had some dinner with some friends it was going on about 10 PM her and her friends went on to a popular club here in town we watched her most of the night so she went home about 2 AM in the morning no real problems except she wasn’t telling her boyfriend the whole story
So we watched her a couple more nights and pretty much the same story

but then it was Friday night

She left and went to Riverside the old market and had her hair done with a couple girlfriends and later that evening they went to a Lady bar it was the same place that she work That her boyfriend had met her in so we sent a couple different guys in to see what was going on she was quite a popular girl we spent several hours there and she was receiving quite a few lady drinks about 11:30 PM a gentleman came in and she went right over to he I would say she probably new him they had a few drinks and left to go to a guesthouse not good we follow at a distance and she was there till about 1:30 AM. And she came out and caught a Moto and headed home well maybe not a good girl

So we watched again Saturday night she again had a lot of customers buying a lady drink and was quite popular she was a pretty girl no customers in about 2 AM in the morning she headed home
Now the part I dread telling the client what happened

We made out the report along with a few photos we had and the final bill it was time to call him and have that conversation to say the lease he was not very happy and quite upset but in the end it cost him about $800 for our services but it’s saved him thousands of dollars in the long run and no doubt a lot of heartbreak
So do you know the truth if not contact us we would be glad to help

28/07/2015

New post ("The Game") has been published on South East Asia & Associates Private Investigator Consulting & Research - “The Game” What is it exactly?

So... what exactly is "the game" you ask? Well... are you a foreign man (Non-Cambodian) and do you have a Cambodian girlfriend? Then chances are she is on "the game". If you have spent any time in Asia, you already know what it is. If you haven’t, and came to Cambodian, met a girl you fell in love with (who happened to work in a s*x related industry) then you are probably neck deep in "the game".

The Game Explained.
The game simply put, is when a Cambodian girl (usually a full time or part time pr******te) finds an unsuspecting foreign man she can manipulate into sending her money and take care of her. All the while, she goes out and does the same thing to as many men as she feels comfortable doing it to while you think she is at home being a good girl. These "gamers" are some of the best liars in the world and use your emotions, kindness, caring and generosity against you for as long as they can get away with it. When you do finally find out and she has exhausted every avenue to keep you on the hook, she will just work the game on the other suckers who haven't caught on yet. Do you really know what she is doing while you are back at home working away at your job day after day so you can send her money? Chances are, she is out working "the game" on another unsuspecting person just like you! Using the same lines, same lies and the same sob stories she used on you to manipulate another guy into doing exactly what you are doing... sending her money. Of course you want to believe that she is a "good girl" and is at home early every night like she always tells you in the many SMS messages and e-mails she sends you all the time but the fact is, most Cambodian girls who are on "the game" have two, three and even more guys than that taking care of them and sending them money from abroad every month! This is a cold, hard reality! Over 90% of the cases we handle are related to this exact situation so we are experts in our field.

Have you heard these words?...
"I love you so much darling (honey, sweetheart). I can't think of anyone but you! I can't sleep at night without you here by my side! I feel sad every day you are not here with me! I love only you! I am waiting for you! I miss you so much! I promise I am staying home every night waiting for you! My mother is sick in the hospital and I can't take care of her. I need money for school. I need money to pay my rent. I had to go to the hospital. I need money for... and on and on.

We see it everyday and we know "the game" better than anyone. I personally have been in a Cambodian girl's room and had one of her three boyfriends call while I was in her room. It was arranged and he knew I was going to be there when he called. She picked up the phone and carried out one of the above conversations without any hesitation. She lied repeatedly and denied my ever being there to the very end. He was shocked and in complete dismay when I called him later and told him word for word what she said to him in their earlier conversation. However, he finally knew the truth after two and a half years of lies and heartache!

I have been in coffee shop and watched a Cambodian "gamer girl" send her boyfriend many SMS messages... I love you... I miss you... I need you... I am waiting for you... and then turn to me within two minutes and try run her game on me. She said... "You like me? I like you. You handsome man... you s*xy man. Where you stay? I go with you?

This is what "the game" is. It is lie after lie after lie, deceit and manipulation from a girl who can't be trusted and is only after your money. Some of them are so good at it, it takes forever to get to the truth unless you have professional help. They are experts at manipulation of guilt, remorse, pity and trust. The real pros can work you so well, you don't even know it is happening and you would never suspect anything. We have interviewed some of the best in the business and they are very convincing. But we have the tools and the experience to get to the truth!

The good news is that not all Cambodian girls who like foreign men are on "the game" and we know for sure there are plenty of very sweet, decent, honest and loving Cambodan ladies. We meet them every day.

And if you are tired of wondering about it and want the peace of mind of knowing the real truth once and for all, contact us. We are a professional investigation service offering discreet and thorough investigation of your Cambodian girlfriend and we will give you the proof you need to find out if she is telling you the truth... or just lying like most of them do to nearly every man they meet.

Hey! It sucks! We know, but you shouldn't be taken advantage of, especially when you are being kind and generous to someone you love... and you believe she truly loves you in return.

New post (Cambodia is home to a very healthy and varied genetic pool.) has been published on South East Asia & Associates Private Investigator Consulting & Research - Some anthropologists maintain that good looks are nature’s way to advertising good genes and a healthy person, and they believe that the deeper the gene pool, the more likely people are to be attractive. So exactly what sort of genetic make up do these beautiful Cambodian girls have and how did it come about?
The story begins more than 1000 years ago. Ships from India and China would often land in Cambodia to trade. One account in a Chinese text of the time stated that the sailors would often not return to the ship, opting to stay in Cambodia due to the common practice of the locals living without clothes, and the ease with which one could have relations with the local girls. Today, it is still possible to see the uniqueness of the Cambodian features compared to Thai, Laotian, or Vietnamese. Some Khmers have darker skin and rounder eyes. This is likely due to the Indian traits that were brought over from the subcontinent on trading missions. The Indians were able to navigate all the way up to the Lao border where there is a waterfall blocking further navigation upstream on the Mekong/Tonle Sap river system, thus accounting for the physical differences between the Lao and Cambodian people, as the Lao people would have had limited contact with Indians, thus accounting for the spread of whatever genes the traders brought to the limits of the river system they were able to navigate. More recently, in the 1980s, Vietnamese, and Chinese immigration brought professionals and business people to Cambodia. There are now many shops in Phnom Penh run by Chinese, and it is not uncommon to find Cambodian girls who speak fluent Chinese. The Vietnamese came over to fill the spots of the professionals who perished under the Khmer Rouge regime. Many of today’s doctors, dentists, lawyers, and other professionals came to Phnom Penh to set up businesses and intermarried with local Cambodians, adding depth to the gene pool, and thereby increasing the number of beautiful Cambodian girls in Phnom Penh.

New post (Audi use Water and Carbon Dioxide to produce clean Diesel) has been published on South East Asia & Associates Private Investigator Consulting & Research - Audi has taken another big step in the development of new, CO2 neutral fuels: A pilot plant in Dresden has started production of the synthetic fuel Audi e diesel.
After a commissioning phase of just four months, the research facility in Dresden started producing its first batches of high‑quality diesel fuel a few days ago. To demonstrate its suitability for everyday use, Federal Minister of Education and Research Prof. Dr. Johanna Wanka put the first five liters into her official car, an Audi A8 3.0 TDI clean diesel quattro.
The only raw materials needed are water and carbon dioxide. The production of Audi e‑diesel involves various steps: First, water heated up to form steam is broken down into hydrogen and oxygen by means of high-temperature electrolysis. This process, involving a temperature in excess of 800 degrees Celsius, is more efficient than conventional techniques because of heat recovery, for example. Another special feature of high-temperature electrolysis is that it can be used dynamically, to stabilize the grid when production of green power peaks.
In two further steps, the hydrogen reacts with the CO2 in synthesis reactors, again under pressure and at high temperature. The reaction product is a liquid made from long‑chain hydrocarbon compounds, known as blue crude. The efficiency of the overall process – from renewable power to liquid hydrocarbon – is very high at around 70 percent. Similarly to a fossil crude oil, blue crude can be refined to yield the end product Audi e‑diesel. This synthetic fuel is free from sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbons, and its high cetane number means it is readily ignitable. As lab tests conducted at Audi have shown, it is suitable for admixing with fossil diesel or, prospectively, for use as a fuel in its own right.
The Federal Ministry of Education and Research is supporting the sunfire project, which started in May 2012. Construction work on the facility in Dresden‑Reick kicked off in July 2013 and the plant was commissioned on November 14, 2014. The plant is set to produce over 3,000 liters (792.5 US gal) of Audi e‑diesel over the coming months. Audi is sunfire’s exclusive partner in the automotive sector.

New post (10 marriages for New York woman accused of Immigration Scam.) has been published on South East Asia & Associates Private Investigator Consulting & Research - When Liana Barrientos was 23 years old, she got married in Westchester County, New York.
A year later, she got married again in Westchester County, but to a different man and without divorcing her first husband. Only 18 days after that marriage, she got hitched yet again.
Then, Barrientos declared “I do” five more times, sometimes only within two weeks of each other.
In 2010, she married once more, this time in the Bronx. In an application for a marriage license, she stated it was her “first and only” marriage.
Barrientos, now 39, is facing two criminal counts of “offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree,” referring to her false statements on the 2010 marriage license application, according to court documents. Prosecutors said the marriages were part of an immigration scam.
On Friday, she pleaded not guilty at State Supreme Court in the Bronx, according to her attorney, Christopher Wright, who declined to comment further.
In total, Barrientos has been married 10 times, with nine of her marriages occurring between 1999 and 2002. All occurred either in Westchester County, Long Island, New Jersey or the Bronx.
She is believed to still be married to four men, and at one time, she was married to eight men at once, prosecutors say.
Prosecutors said the immigration scam involved some of her husbands, who filed for permanent residence status shortly after the marriages. Any divorces happened only after such filings were approved. It was unclear whether any of the men will be prosecuted.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security’s Investigation Division state seven of the men are from so-called “red-flagged” countries, including Egypt, Turkey, Georgia, Pakistan and Mali.
Her eighth husband, Rashid Rajput, was deported in 2006 to his native Pakistan after an investigation by the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
If convicted, Barrientos faces up to four years in prison. Her next court appearance is scheduled for May 18.

New post (Security Changes at High Tech Hotels) has been published on South East Asia & Associates Private Investigator Consulting & Research -
The Cupertino Aloft Hotel in California USA uses a robot butler called a Botlr to make deliveries to guest rooms.
As early as next year realistic looking robot staff may be used throughout Japan to check in guests, carry luggage and clean rooms. The robots that will be multilingual will be trialed in July at the Henn-na Hotel in Nagasaki.

Hotels are ditching room keys and letting customers use their phones to gain entrance to their rooms.
Graham Long, VP of Samsungs Enterprise business Team said “Whilst check-in and door keys on smart phones may seem new now, we expect these to be commonplace within five years”.

The Wit Hotel in Chicago has in-room sensors that monitor guests body temperature and adjust the heating accordingly.

In 2012 the Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel became the first in the world to introduce a biometric fingerprint reader to allow guests to pay for items. A year later, guests at the hotel could link their fingerprint scans to their page and take photo’s or update their page with a mere touch.

New post (17 girlfriend lottery) has been published on South East Asia & Associates Private Investigator Consulting & Research -
A Chinese man who was dating 17 women at once has been found out after his girlfriends turned up to visit him in hospital following a car crash.

The man, surnamed Yuan, from the city of Changsha in Hunan province, had been dating all the women at the same time, and even had a child with one, state media reports.

His luck ran out when hospital staff began contacting his loved ones in the wake of his accident.

A stream of women between the ages of 20 and 40 turned up at Mr Yuan’s bedside only to learn of his substantial deception. Some women had been in a relationship with Mr Yuan for over a decade and at least one was planning their wedding.

“I was really worried when I heard that he was in hospital,” Xiao Li, a girlfriend of 18 months, told Xiaoxiang Morning Herald. “But when I started seeing more and more beautiful girls show up, I couldn’t cry any more.”

Mr Yuan’s motives appear in part to be monetary. Following a divorce in which he allegedly cheated his wife out of 250,000 yuan ($40,000) he swindled tens of thousands of yuan from his girlfriends, according to China Daily. He faces criminal charges of alleged fraud.

New post (wise investor in Asia’s) has been published on South East Asia & Associates Private Investigator Consulting & Research - Economic growth has fuelled greater energy demands in Southeast Asia and favourable investment climates have led to exciting opportunities for investors in this resource-rich region. Furthermore, as developed countries push to cut carbon emissions and fossil fuel dependency, demand for alternative energy and biofuels may see palm oil production rise. Well-versed investors are aware of the risks in the natural resource sector. However, in Southeast Asia complex political and social contexts require a sophisticated cultural understanding to mitigate the investment risks for outsiders.
Indonesia’s forestry sector
Over the last decade, Indonesia has become the largest producer of palm oil in the world, producing some 25 million metric tons annually to meet growing domestic and foreign demand. Millions of hectares of forests have been cleared for palm oil plantations, timber and paper pulp production. Indonesia has set ambitious plans to expand palm oil and biodiesel production further through private and state investments. The World Bank estimates that meeting the target for domestic biofuel consumption alone would require an additional 1.4 million hectares of oil palm plantations. The rapid expansion of this sector is occurring during a time of regulatory uncertainty and is subject to opaque government oversight. In 2011, Indonesia withdrew from the voluntary international palm oil certification system, the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), and implemented its own certification mechanism, the Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) standard. The uncertainty around this certification and the increasing demand for land has resulted in land rights disputes between plantation companies and local communities due to overlapping claims for land, weak implementation of compensation agreements, and the forcible removal of local populations. Understanding ownership structures is critical to ensure that business partners are not engaging in illicit activities to obtain permits, licenses, and other official authorisations. Without due diligence, an investor may later find it has serious transparency and compliance issues to address. A related problem is that the support of a local official under one government could be lost under a new government, and officials that are critical to upholding permits and licenses may suddenly find themselves out of favour.
Land rights disputes in Myanmar
This situation is similar in Myanmar, where media and civil society continue to report incidents of ‘land-grabbing’ in the remote southern coastal and northern border areas that are linked through oil and gas pipelines and rich in natural resources such as copper. In Myanmar, many of the companies operating in this industry are owned by current or former military officers. Land laws passed in recent years provide the government sweeping powers to seize land in the national interest, often to favour military-run businesses and elites with close ties to the government. Determining ownership structures and the history of business partners is particularly difficult in Myanmar given the lack of formal records and the difficulty of confirming individual identities due to the cultural phenomenon where a very limited number of names are in circulation. The proper identification of land ownership requires in-depth investigation, often with help from well-placed local sources. After identifying ownership structure, the next step is to determine the networks and power structures linked to the individual or company. This is particularly relevant in Myanmar, as it is challenging to predict how the investment and political climate will change. Ongoing reforms and the upcoming presidential election in 2015 have led to jockeying for power, which could see individuals formerly believed to be credible become unreliable.
Be aware
While investors in the energy sector are aware of the associated risks, the complexity and instability of ownership structures add further uncertainties. A smart investor without a real cultural understanding of how business is conducted in Southeast Asia could meet with serious problems. The energy and natural resource sectors in this region are exciting opportunities for investors, but wise investors must grasp the nuances of ownership structures and assess the possibility of military involvement prior to forging partnerships and investing in the region.

New post (Arizona sisters arrested for naked pictures in Cambodia) has been published on South East Asia & Associates Private Investigator Consulting & Research - Two Arizona sisters received a kick in the pants after pulling theirs down in a Cambodian temple, authorities said.
Leslie Adams, 20, and Lindsey Adams, 22, were sentenced Saturday to be deported after they took naked pictures of each other in Preah Khan Temple in Cambodia’s Angkor complex the day before, officials said.
The sisters of Prescott, Ariz., were arrested after they were caught snapping pictures of each other mooning the camera inside the World Heritage site, AFP reported.
The Siem Reap provincial court sentenced them to a suspended six-month prison stint and ordered them to pay 1 million riel ($315), according to Abc.net.au. They are expected to be deported Sunday and will be banned from returning to the country for four years.
“The two tourists admitted that they really made a mistake by taking n**e photos,” the Apsara Authority, a government agency which oversees the site, said in a statement.
Their antics offended locals because Angkor is sacred ground, Apsara spokeswoman Chau Sun Kerya said. The archaeological park houses the ruins of the Khmer Empire, which dominated the region from the 9th to 15th centuries.
“Perhaps they did not know Angkor is a holy site,” she said. “But their inappropriate activities affect the sanctity of the place.”
And it’s not the first time Cambodian authorities have had to contend with visitors showing off their assets.
Three French male tourists were deported last week for taking a n**e photo shoot at a nearby temple.
Earlier the same week, the Apsara Authority threatened to take legal action after photographs of topless women in Angkor went viral the weekend of Jan. 24, according to The Cambodia Daily.
Streaking is an epidemic at Machu Picchu, Peruvian authorities said. Eight visitors, including four Americans, were detained for running in the buff in March 2014.
The United States is not immune to tourist attraction naked pictures.
The Empire State Building management filed a $1.1 million lawsuit against a photographer who took a picture of a topless woman on the skyscraper’s 86th floor observatory in August 2013.
