Enduring Education has developed Six Soft Skills Learning Modules which strengthen the capabilities of students and participants:
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
• Team Building & Collaboration
• Leadership
• Communication
• Project Based Learning centred on Community Outreach
• Career Development
Each module has:
• 2 lessons in Khmer and English
• has already been taught to high school students
• comes with a teachers guide and student learning journal

The modules can be integrated into an existing school curriculum and are ideal for those who have already finished school and are in work.
Each module is interactive with activities and games to introduce and reinforce the concepts and each lesson gives students opportunities to share their ideas and an opportunity to reflect on what they learn, either during the lesson or through homework.
Project Based Learning
In this module, students carry out the steps to plan and implement an activity or outreach that benefits their community. It combines many of the soft skills in the other modules, plus initiative, creativity, critical assessment, organisation and resourcefulness.
Career Development
This module includes opportunities for the students to know themselves better (abilities, qualities, strengths, weaknesses, characteristics) and consider future career choices. They arrange to interview one person about their work, plus plan how they will prepare and develop their career, and where to find more information.
Learning Journal
Students have a Learning Journal which has more information as well as many opportunities to record their learning, reflections and ideas, such as reflection checklists for the students to fill out and re-use.
Training of Teachers
The training we provide to teachers equips them with the opportunity to understand core features of each of the modules, as well as lead and participate in the activities and games, allowing them to feel confident in leading and demonstrating soft skills learning in the classroom.
Teacher’s Guide
To ensure the teachers and students learn and practice using soft skills, the teacher’s guide was comprehensively written to provide specific instructions for using soft skills to teach the lesson. Each lesson has objectives with an explanation of the purpose of each activity as well as directions for teaching each activity.
