We are seeking an experienced ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ who is responsible for leading and developing the jewelry electroplating production line in a fast growing manufacturing environment, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team of supervisors, chemists, and operators, manages increasingly complex electroplating processes (including multiple colors and cataphoresis), and supports the scale up of production volumes. The position plays a key role in process optimization, troubleshooting, training and capability building, industrialization of new finishes, and the transfer of know how from the companyโs Thailand factory, while closely collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement and long term operational excellence.
