我々PQCカンボジアスタッフの代表として、プチュンバンのお盆祭りにお寺へ行き、皆さんや会社のためにお祈りをしてきました。

さて、「プチュンバン」という言葉は何を意味するのでしょうか。

カンボジアのお盆祭り「プチュンバン（Pchum Ben）」は、先祖の霊を供養するための重要な仏教行事です。
毎年9月頃に15日間にわたって行われ、特に最後の3日間が盛大です。
家族は寺院を訪れ、食べ物やお菓子を僧侶に捧げ、先祖のために祈りを捧げます。
この期間、亡くなった親族の魂が天国へ行けるよう願われます。プチュンバンは家族の絆を深める機会でもあり、伝統的な文化と信仰を象徴するお祭りです。

As representatives of the PQC Cambodia staff, we visited a temple during the Pchum Ben festival to offer prayers for everyone and for our company.

So, what does the word "Pchum Ben" mean?

The Cambodian "Pchum Ben" festival is a significant Buddhist event held to honor the spirits of deceased ancestors. It takes place around September each year and lasts for 15 days, with the final three days being the most important. Families visit temples, offering food and sweets to monks while praying for their ancestors. It is believed that during this time, the souls of deceased relatives may ascend to heaven. Pchum Ben is also an opportunity to strengthen family bonds and is a symbol of traditional culture and faith.

報連相は重要であり、会社としてこれを実施しないと仕事が円滑に進みません。今日は2024年8月26日（月曜日）に社内ミーティングを開催し、先週の問題点や上手くいかなかったことについて皆で話し合い、相談しました。また、今週の業務について、将来的にどのようにアレンジメントすべきかも検討しました。
さらに、ITOHEN IDASというPQCのレポートシステムについての説明会も行いました。

今後は、マネージャー、SV、リーダーとスタッフ間のコミュニケーションを一層強化し、報連相の重要性を再認識することで、全体の業務効率を向上させることを目指します。特に、問題が発生した際には、迅速に報告・連絡・相談を行い、トラブルの早期解決を図ることが求められます。この取り組みを通じて、チーム全体の連携を深め、より良い成果を達成できるよう努めていきます。

Reporting, communication, and consultation are important, and if these are not carried out, the work will not proceed smoothly within the company. Today, on Monday, August 26, 2024, we held an internal meeting. We discussed and consulted on the issues and things that didn’t go well last week. Additionally, we considered how to arrange this week's tasks for the future.
Furthermore, a briefing session on the ITOHEN IDAS, which is PQC's reporting system, was conducted.

Moving forward, our goal is to further strengthen communication between managers, SVs, leaders, and staff, and to re-recognize the importance of reporting, communication, and consultation, aiming to improve overall work efficiency. In particular, when problems arise, it is necessary to quickly report, communicate, and consult to achieve early resolution of issues. Through this effort, we aim to deepen team collaboration and strive to achieve better results.

こんなひどい天候の中で調査を行うのは珍しいですよね。晴れやかな日に行う方が快適で効率的かもしれませんが、我々のやる気はそれに影響されることはありません！逆に、厳しい条件下での調査こそ、我々の真価を発揮するチャンスだと思っています。

もちろん、結果もしっかりと出せる自信があります。我々のチームは、これまでの経験や努力、そして専門知識を活かし、調査に取り組んできました。その成果は見違えるほどのものであり、それを達成するためには努力が要りました。

我々PQCがここまでやってきたのは、たやすいことではありませんでした。困難な状況に直面しながらも、諦めずに前に進み、目標を達成するために全力を尽くしてきました。だからこそ、自信とやる気は揺るぎません。..........................................................................................
