π’ Job Opening: Japanese-speaking Staff (1 Position)
JCI LAB is looking for a motivated and responsible Japanese-speaking Staff to join our team and support Japanese clients in Cambodia.
π Working Hours: 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM (MonβFri)
π Location: Phnom Penh
Key Responsibilities
β’ Support and assist Japanese clients visiting Cambodia
β’ Arrange airport pick-up/drop-off and transportation
β’ Accompany clients to property viewings and explain properties
β’ Assist with bank and securities account opening
β’ Coordinate with banks and related partners
β’ Respond to emails and inquiries (Japanese & English)
β’ Provide local support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service
β’ Conduct research on real estate, finance, and market trends
β’ Translation (Khmer β English β Japanese) as needed
β’ Support company events and investment seminars
β’ Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
β’ Japanese level N2 or above (N3 accepted with strong English)
β’ Good communication skills in Japanese (English is a plus)
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
β’ Friendly, responsible, and open-minded personality
β’ Presentable and able to work with clients directly
β’ Able to travel for client support
β’ Fresh graduates are welcome
β’ Flexible to work on weekends or evenings when required
