I have a Master of Arts in Development Studies and have more than fifteen year-experience in leading projects development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as research projects. Specifically, I served as a technical research advisor/consultant in various research projects with both local and international NGOs as well as
government institutions. Furthermore, I experienced in serving consultancy services on project assessment, baseline and end-line, mid-term evaluation, and final evaluation as well as outcome harvesting with both local and international NGOs namely UNDP, Save the Children, NGO Education Partnership (NEP), Habitat for Humanity Cambodia, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Plan International Cambodia, Holt International Children’s Services, Inc., United Sisterhood Alliance, Worker Information Center (WIC), and World Hope International (WHI).
