នាល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្នុងវេទិកាធុរកិច្ចកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ពិធីផ្លាស់ប្តូរវិញ្ញាបនបត្រ និងឯកសារកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើងក្រោមសក្ខីភាពរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងឯកឧត្តម ឡេ មិញហ៊ឹង នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុន Angkor Data Communication Group Co., Ltd. (មេគង្គណិត) និង Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសហប្រតិបត្តិការស្តីពីការអនុវត្តគម្រោងបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលនៅកម្ពុជា។
ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកផ្តល់សេវាអ៊ីនធឺណិត មេគង្គណិត មិនត្រឹមតែផ្តល់ការតភ្ជាប់ប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែយើងក៏ប្តេជ្ញាការពារសុវត្ថិភាពរបស់ស្ថាប័ន និងអតិថិជនដែលប្រើប្រាស់បណ្តាញរបស់យើងផងដែរ។ រួមជាមួយ VNPT ក្រុមហ៊ុន មេគង្គណិត បានដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការនូវ MekongDefense SOC (មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលប្រតិបត្តិការសន្តិសុខ) ដើម្បីតាមដាន រកឃើញ និងឆ្លើយតបនឹងការគំរាមកំហែងតាមប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ីនធឺណិត សម្រាប់ធនាគារ សហគ្រាស និងវិស័យឯកជន។

On the evening of 9 October 2026, at the Cambodia–Vietnam Business Forum 2026 in Phnom Penh, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. Le Minh Hung, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, witnessed the exchange of investment certificates and cooperation documents between the two countries.
On this occasion, Angkor Data Communication Group Co., Ltd. (MekongNet) and Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) exchanged a Cooperation Agreement on implementing digital transformation projects in Cambodia.
