The Verdant Botany is officially looking for young visionaries to join The Verdant Vanguard Fellowship Program.This program will be led by our Founder, Vathanak Soeun.

Vathanak is a member Youth Jury for the AIPH's World Green Cities Awards 2024 and is the only Cambodian to be named a UNCC:Learn Champion for his work in promoting youth leadership in sustainable urban development. He is eager to lead this local initiative toward global exposure, showcasing Cambodia’s plants and ecology on local, regional, and global scales.

The Vanguard’s mission is twofold: to safeguard our heritage by protecting local and rare flora and to build a global archive of botanical history. This is more than a program, it is a movement to put Cambodia on the map of international plant science.

Boost your future in green development! The Verdant Initiative, powered by SD11 and Vathanak Soeun - សឿន វឌ្ឍនៈ, is launching a highly selective, fully funded, three-month Online Mentorship Program. This mentorship program is proudly presented under the initiative of SD11's Strategic Engagement & Regional Development Lead Haingveang Taing.

We're accepting just five motivated Cambodian mentees for 6 hours of high-value, personalized coaching with the accomplished Mr. Soeun Vathanak. Our mission is to boost Cambodian youth capacity for a green future.
