We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
LOCATION: Phnom Penh
SCHEDULE: Full-Time
SALARY: Negotiate
POSITIONS: ELV Engineer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Configure video surveillance system hardware and software
2- Configure fire and intrusion alarm system hardware and software
3- Configure access control and time and attendance hardware and software
4- Configure computer system and network hardware and software
5- Site survey, Design and prepare BOQ/specify solutions for quotations
6- Provide customer support
7- Provide sales support
REQUIREMENTS:
1- Bachelor's degree in electronic, electrical engineering, Information Technology
2- Be able to speak, read, and write English
3- At least three years of direct experience installing and configuring one or more of: video surveillance systems (CCTV cameras, DVRs, IP cameras, and/or NVRs), fire alarms, intrusion alarms, and/or computer networks
4- Support for site survey and drawing
5- Quick learner
6- Honest and hardworking
7- Can work under pressure
8- Good interpersonal skill
9- Good teamwork
10- Can use Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, AutoCAD and Email.
11- Can use social media (like line, Telegram, Viber, Skype, Facebook,...)
12- Able to work overtime or on weekends depending on the requirements of the project
13- Willing to travel to province to support customer.
POSITIONS: Service & Technical
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Install, service, and maintain electrical machines and laundry systems.
2- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
3- Conduct preventive maintenance and system calibration.
4- Prepare service reports and documentation after each visit.
5- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to support customers.
6- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
1- Speak, read, write english and khmer
2- At least one or two years experience in a similar job (if no experience also can)
3- Honest and hardworking
4- Able to work overtime or on weekends depending on the requirements of the project
5- Able to travel out to province to do installations at customer sites if necessary.
