On 13 September 2026, the AUPP Technology Center (ATC), together with partners and ecosystem stakeholders, hosted the EMD Program Mentor Pathway Event, marking an important milestone for the Entrepreneurship Mentor Development (EMD) Program.

A key milestone of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ATC and សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ Khmer Enterprise (KE), strengthening collaboration through the EMD Program to support entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs in Cambodia.

Highlights of the event also included the introduction of the Mentor Pathway and National Mentor Framework, recognition of EMD Cohort 1 mentors, and a mentor-mentee panel discussion.

From early-stage ideas to the global stage 🚀

Remember the 6 startup teams from our previous programs? They’ve just hit a massive milestone, earning their spots in the Innovate Cambodia Accelerator Program powered by Plug and Play APAC ! 🌐

This program is all about scaling Cambodian digital tech startups, opening doors to international investors, and connecting local innovation with global markets. For our AUPP Technology Center alumni, it’s a well-earned launchpad to show the world what Cambodian talent can build.

Congratulations to SmeanAI, QlinicOS, and LocalGrew from our ACTSmart Incubation Program which we co-organized with Smart Axiata and CADT, alongside Lida Eve, Atelier, and QuickNews from the ARC Accelerator Program.

We couldn’t be prouder to see these teams turn momentum into impact. 🇰🇭
