Our company began in 2014, and we initially began with an idea to help and assist anyone with some kind of issue or obstacle such as translating on behalf of the member, helping out to set up a mobile device, calling on behalf of our customer with installation of an Internet service provider, and any kinds of work needed to make one’s life easier. We all have a service based background and we have seen people struggle with daily errands and tasks because of the language barrier. So, we really understand that daily tasks can be stifling and frustrating at times. We have all been through the difficult and awkward situations of dealing with a landlord or attempting to talk with a customer representative through the phone. Perhaps you even had to deal with setting up a bank account to a more elaborate assistance that requires legal matters. Here is where we will come in to make your lives easier. We will take care of all of your burdens either in person, through the phone, or by exchange of emails. We also like to extend our scope by helping our clients improve a language they are struggling with by a 1-on-1 private tutor service or a small group service. Our company strives to bring the service throughout Asia including China, Japan, and many more. In the future, our aim is to give a service to everyone around the World. Our long-term goal is to further donate to the poor and people who are in need of provisions like food and shelter. Our efforts to donate to the poor and to the needy are one of our greatest goals and mission we have been thinking of from our infant stages of our company.
