We've fabricated a new training equipment for 32/40 engine fuel injection system. It's very usefuel to explane how to adjust fuel injection quantity.

We’ve developed new hands-on training equipment for MAN ES 2stroke engine.
This makes possible to overhaul the bearings on crosshead, crank pin and main bearing by using standard tools with same procedure on real engine.
Also, it can be installed anywhere you want.

Keep safe while performing maintenance tasks with turning devices!
Taking care of basic facts may prevent severe damages.
In general, the disassembly of several (more than one) cylinder units and/or counterweights, might lead to such a severe imbalance of the crankshaft, that its position cannot be kept by the engaged turning device. In consequence, the crankshaft might turn into its “zero imbalance position” and start turning by its own weight. That would be of high danger for personnel who are working near the crankshaft.
