With 'Corefront', a Japanese medical device manufacturing and distribution company, we are carrying out procedures such as Japanese medical device manufacturing and distribution permits, and at the same time, we have completed distribution contracts and are preparing for marketing.

🐸 발치 교정과 Frog 패턴

발치 증례에서 핵심은 바로 앵커리지(anchorage) 컨트롤입니다.

앵커리지가 제대로 확보되지 않으면,
원치 않는 치아 이동과 부작용이 필연적으로 발생합니다.

이때 Frog Pattern(프로그 패턴) 은 모든 치아를 동시에 움직이지 않고,
일부 치아를 앵커리지로 고정하고 나머지 치아를 단계적으로 이동시키는 전략입니다.
이후 단계에서는 그 역할을 바꿔가며 치아를 이동시킵니다.

이러한 단계적 접근은

불필요한 앵커리지 소실을 최소화하고,

치근 컨트롤이 포함된 바디 무브먼트를 유도하며,

아치 보잉(arch bowing) 등의 부작용을 줄여줍니다.

물론 단계 수가 늘어나고 치료 기간이 다소 길어질 수 있지만,
그만큼 정확하고 예측 가능한 결과를 제공합니다.

Laon Ortho에서는 이러한 임상 전략을 **타임라인 기능(Timeline Function)**을 통해
직접 구현할 수 있습니다.
원하는 순서대로 치아 이동을 제어하며, 임상의가 치료 계획을 더 정밀하게 설계할 수 있습니다.

🐸 Extraction Treatment and the Frog Pattern

In extraction cases, the key factor is anchorage control.

Without proper anchorage, unintended tooth movement and side effects are inevitable.

The Frog Pattern addresses this by not moving all teeth at once.

Instead, certain teeth are held in place as anchorage while others move, and then the roles are switched in subsequent stages.

This stepwise strategy:

minimizes unnecessary anchorage loss,

promotes bodily movement with proper root control,

and reduces side effects such as arch bowing.

While it increases the total number of stages and may extend treatment time,

it provides a more accurate and predictable outcome in extraction cases.

With Laon Ortho, clinicians can selectively incorporate this strategy using the Timeline function,

which allows direct control of tooth movement sequences.

Clinical staging strategies—now possible with Laon Ortho.

P.S. And yes—when it comes to extraction cases, attachments are a must to prevent tipping 😉
