The injection products are fan blades made of plastic material PP+30%GF in a one cavity mold.

The hot runner is a 3 drops valve system. The 3 injection gates are evenly set on a circle and the open and close of all the nozzles are controlled simultaneously to achieve balanced filling .

The gate structure is VV type without cold runner to ensure perfect appearance.
