(1) Even Hardness
In general, both Forged Grinding Ball and Casting Grinding Ball has high hardness: surface hardness to 55-68 HRC, volume hardness of 50-63 HRC
(2) Low Breakage Rate
The breakage rate of Forged and Casting Grinding Ball is low: the actual breakage rate is not higher than 1%.
(3) Wear-resistant
The loss of grinding ball round rate is low.
(4) High Impact value
The impact toughness of grinding ball is more than 12 J / cm2.
(5) High comprehensive efficiency of grinding mill
Approximately 25g grinding ball is involved in the process of one ton cement.
