📢 Meet INNOSPACE in Busan!
INNOSPACE will be joining the ‘2026 Small Satellite Workshop,’ where the latest technologies and future directions of the small satellite industry come together. 🛰️

At this event, INNOSPACE will showcase its launch service capabilities for small satellite missions, along with the company’s expanding satellite business initiatives.

Officials and stakeholders from Jeollanam-do and Goheung County’s aerospace sector visited the INNOSPACE Cheongju Campus!

During the visit, representatives from six major organizations — including Jeollanam-do Provincial Government, Goheung County Office, and Jeonnam Techno Park — toured INNOSPACE’s launch vehicle and satellite R&D and manufacturing facilities while discussing future collaboration opportunities for the space industry.

INNOSPACE introduced its HANBIT launch vehicle assembly facility and satellite research center, showcasing capabilities in launch vehicle manufacturing and assembly, as well as satellite development and testing. The company also shared its End-to-End space platform strategy connecting launch services, satellite operations, and future space data services. 🛰️

The discussions further covered ways to strengthen the regional space ecosystem, including cooperation in testing and demonstration infrastructure, workforce development, and public-private collaboration.

이노스페이스 김수종 대표가 와이스트릿 유튜브 채널에 출연해 민간 우주 발사체 기업으로서의 도전과 비전을 전했습니다. 💫

이번 인터뷰에서는 글로벌 우주 발사 서비스 시장의 공급 부족 현상과 함께, 이노스페이스의 하이브리드 로켓 기술, 고객 맞춤형 소형 발사 서비스 전략, 그리고 재사용 발사체 기술 개발 방향까지 이노스페이스가 만들어가고 있는 길을 깊이 있게 이야기했습니다.

Launching rockets from Korea — and the challenge of a private space company. 🚀

INNOSPACE CEO Soojong Kim appeared on the Ystreet YouTube channel to share the company’s vision and journey as a commercial launch vehicle company. 💫

In the interview, he discussed the global shortage of launch services, INNOSPACE’s hybrid rocket technology, customer-oriented small launch vehicle services, and the company’s approach to reusable launch vehicle development — offering a deeper look into the path INNOSPACE is building for the future of space transportation.

In particular, Kim Soo-jong described the journey of space development — one that must push through countless uncertainties — as follows:

“Whether a flight test fails early or at the very end, it is ultimately an essential process on the path to success.” 🛠️✨

Although last December’s Hanbit-Nano launch did not complete all of its planned mission objectives, INNOSPACE has turned that essential process into one of its most valuable data assets. The company is now finalizing a thorough root-cause analysis and improvement process as it prepares for its next leap forward.

Starting with the second HANBIT-Nano launch planned for Q3 this year, INNOSPACE aims to accelerate the expansion of its commercial launch services based on global launch infrastructure across Brazil, Australia, and Portugal. 🌎🛫

In the second half of this year, a new milestone will be achieved as a South Korean private launch vehicle carries a payload from a domestic private company into space for the first time. 🚀

For the upcoming Q3 launch of HANBIT-Nano from the Alcântara Space Center in Brazil, INNOSPACE will launch its first proprietary test satellite, ‘InnoSat-0,’ together with a satellite deployer developed by South Korean space company SpaceBey.

This collaboration represents a meaningful step toward building an integrated operational framework across South Korea’s space ecosystem — connecting the launch vehicle, satellite, and deployer system. ♾️

SpaceBey previously demonstrated the reliability of its satellite separation technology during the 4th launch of South Korea’s Nuri-ho (KSLV-II) in 2025.

Currently, both companies are conducting integration testing at the INNOSPACE Cheongju Campus, including mechanical and electrical interface verification and separation sequence testing between the deployer and ‘InnoSat-0,’ accelerating preparations for launch readiness. ⚡🔧

INNOSPACE will continue expanding technical collaboration with domestic space companies while advancing its ‘End-to-End Space Platform’ strategy that integrates launch services, satellite development, and future space data capabilities.

Korea AM Technical Seminar 2026이 성황리에 마무리되었습니다. 🎉

이노스페이스는 지난 4월 29일 3D융합산업협회, Oqton과 함께 AI·DX 기반 적층제조 기술의 산업 적용과 미래 방향성을 논의하는 자리를 마련했습니다.

100여 명의 국내 적층제조 전문가 및 산업 관계자들이 함께한 이번 세미나에서는 단순 기술 소개를 넘어, 우주·방산·모빌리티 분야를 중심으로 AI 기반 제조 SW, 발사체·로켓 엔진 적층제조, 대형 AM 공정, 품질 및 추적 시스템 등 적층제조 밸류체인 전반에 걸친 심도 있는 논의가 이루어졌습니다. ⚙️🏭

이노스페이스 박영일 상무는 ‘3D Printing으로 구현된 로켓 엔진, 그리고 그 미래’를 주제로 발사체 엔진 개발 과정에서의 적층제조 적용 사례와 향후 기술 방향성을 공유했으며, 조인택 상무는 ‘AM 표준체계 기반 제조 자율화와 추적성 중심 품질체계 로드맵’을 주제로 적층제조 기반 품질 관리 및 제조 혁신 전략에 대해 발표했습니다.

INNOSPACE X 3D Fusion Industry Association X Oqton

INNOSPACE has signed a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea 3D Fusion Industry Association and Oqton, a global additive manufacturing software company, to collaborate in AI and DX-driven metal additive manufacturing. 📝

Through this agreement, the three parties will pursue multifaceted collaboration, centered on AI and DX-based additive manufacturing, while advancing education and training programs and expanding global technology exchange. 👨‍💻💡

Alongside the signing ceremony, the ‘Korea AM Technical Seminar 2026’ was held, where INNOSPACE shared its additive manufacturing capabilities and rocket engine application cases, laying the foundation for expanded future collaboration.

INNOSPACE Signs Strategic MOU with RSAT Space Inc.

INNOSPACE has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Canada-based space and defense company RSAT Space Inc. to collaborate on satellite launch services and space systems. 📄

This partnership will focus on:
▪️ Joint pursuit of Canadian government and commercial programs
▪️ Expanding integrated launch service and space systems business
▪️ Establishing a strategic foothold in the North American market

In particular, following the LOI with Maritime Launch Services signed in March, INNOSPACE is further expanding cooperation on Canadian launch infrastructure and advancing toward recurring satellite launch capabilities. 🏗️
