🦷 그래피, Tera Harz E-Namel 출시·메가젠 20억원 공급계약 체결!
그래피가 메가젠임플란트와 20억원 규모의 첫 공급계약을 체결하며 3D프린팅 보철 시장 확대에 나섭니다.
Tera Harz E-Namel은 치과 보철물 직접 3D프린팅용 세라믹 고함량 광경화성 레진으로, 국내 식약처(MFDS)의 장기간치관용 소재 허가를 획득했으며 미국 FDA 인허가·유럽 CE 마킹을 추진 중입니다.
이번 계약으로 그래피는 소재부터 3D프린터, 질소 경화기, 레진 제거 장비까지 통합 보철 제작 솔루션을 공급합니다.
메가젠 박광범 회장은 약 50건의 임상 적용 경험을 바탕으로 제작 시간, 무게, 교합 조정, 환자 착용감 등 기존 지르코니아 보철 방식과 비교한 특징을 공유했습니다.
신제품 출시부터 임상 적용·사업화까지, 디지털 보철 시장의 새로운 Game Changer로 나아갑니다.
양사는 Ray CBCT 연간 공급계약도 막바지 협의 중입니다. Ray의 진단 기술, 메가젠의 임플란트 역량, 그래피의 3D프린팅 기술을 연결해 글로벌 K-Dental Workflow를 발전시킬 계획입니다.

🦷 Graphy Launches Tera Harz E-Namel and Signs KRW 2 Billion Supply Deal with MegaGen!
Graphy has signed its first KRW 2 billion supply agreement with MegaGen Implant, marking a major step in expanding its 3D-printed prosthetics business.
Tera Harz E-Namel is a high-ceramic-content resin for directly 3D-printed dental restorations. It has received South Korea's MFDS approval for long-term dental crowns, with U.S. FDA clearance and European CE marking in progress.
The agreement covers an integrated solution combining the resin, 3D printers, nitrogen curing units, and resin removal equipment.
MegaGen Chairman Park Kwang Bum shared insights from approximately 50 clinical cases, discussing production time, restoration weight, occlusal adjustment, and patient comfort compared with conventional zirconia workflows.
From launch to clinical application and commercialization, Tera Harz E-Namel shows its potential as a Game Changer in digital prosthetics.
The companies are also in final discussions on an annual Ray CBCT supply agreement, aiming to connect Ray's diagnostics, MegaGen's implant expertise, and Graphy's 3D-printing technology into a global K-Dental Workflow.
