We’re pleased to announce that CODIT has been selected by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) to operate the AI-Based Regulatory Identification Service for the ICT Regulatory Sandbox.

Powered by , the service helps startups and emerging ICT companies quickly identify relevant laws, regulatory issues, responsible authorities, and supporting information based on their business models and services.

The initiative also represents a meaningful GovTech collaboration, bringing a market-tested SaaS solution into public regulatory support. We hope it will make regulatory compliance more accessible and practical for startups and SMEs.

개정 전자상거래법 7월 21일 시행: 핵심 내용과 기업 대응 전략 | 7월 21일 시행되는 개정 전자상거래법은 C2C·해외 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 보호를 확대하고, 공정거래위원회의 제재 수단도 강화합니다.

"더 안전한 자율주행을 위한 디지털 인프라 정책 과제" 국회 토론회

7월 1일, 코딧(CODIT) 글로벌정책실증연구원은 송기헌 의원(국회 과방위원장), 한국C-ITS산업협의체, 한국ITS학회와 함께 정책 토론회를 공동 개최했습니다. 이번 토론회에는 국토교통부를 비롯해 한국교통안전공단 자동차안전연구원, 한국교통연구원, 한국도로공사 등 공공기관과 학계·산업계 전문가들이 참여했습니다.

주요 논의 주제:
▪️하드웨어 중심의 기존 ITS를 넘어, 데이터·AI 기반의 지속가능한 ITS 생태계로의 정책 패러다임 전환
▪️자율주행의 안전을 완성하는 'AI 도로 인프라'로서의 V2X — 단계적 인프라 구축, 데이터 유통 플랫폼 전환, 자동차안전도평가(K-NCAP) 내 V2X 반영 확대 등 정책 과제

100 Days of the : A New Labor Relations Framework and the Challenges Facing Companies | Over 100 days, the Yellow Envelope Act has taken shape agenda by agenda — employer status recognized for safety, not wages — with reform bills pending.

■ Bargaining requests: More than 1,000 were filed in the first month, turning the debate over employer status and the scope of bargaining into concrete rulings and disputes.
■ Commission rulings: The Labor Relations Commissions recognized employer status where prime contractors hold substantial control over safety and the work environment, but excluded wages and other working conditions; on bargaining-unit division, they split or kept units depending on the unions' interests.
■ Application in practice: The CU logistics center and Samsung Electronics performance pay disputes exposed the law's limits — specially employed workers' worker status and the scope of industrial disputes, respectively.
■ Strategic considerations for businesses: With supplementary bills pending, companies should track rulings and legislation, review their involvement in subcontractor safety, and realign contracting and bargaining structures in advance.
