WALK!!
Gentle walking exercise is a familiar exercise for diabetics. A brisk walk will help you release energy. When muscles work, it will help stimulate the transport of sugar from the blood into the cells, and at the same time lower the blood sugar index and increase the body's flexibility.
To be effective, you should maintain walking for about 50 minutes or more. Once you've chosen this method, prepare a pair of comfortable, well-fitting shoes, and practice with a frequency of 3 days per week. You should practice other exercises for diabetics for optimal results.
