국가고객만족도(National Customer Satisfaction Index : NCSI)는 국내외에서 생산, 국내 최종소비자에게 판매되고 있는 제품 및 서비스에 대해 해당 제품을 직접 사용한 경험이 있는 고객이 직접 평가한 만족수준의 정도를 모델링에 근거하여 측정, 계량화한 지표입니다.

한국생산성본부(회장 진홍)와 조선일보, 미국 미시간 대학이 공동 주관하고 지식경제부가 후원하여 지난 2011년 국내 61개 산업, 274개 기업(대학)과 공공기관에 대한 국가고객만족도(National Customer Satisfaction Index, 이하 NCSI)를 조사하였습니다.
