NUBRID DESIGN STUDIO has been working closely with Geeksloft over the past several years, engaging in numerous prototyping and design explorations together. In this phase of the Perisphere project, we helped evolve the concept into a near-production-ready device — refining its structure and ergonomics for standby, headphone, and XR modes. The result is a design that balances feasibility, user experience, and visual clarity.

We’re proud to share that the Perisphere project has been honored with the Highest Innovation Award at CES 2026. As long-standing partners, it has been a privilege to be part of this journey. NUBRID DESIGN STUDIO는 지난 수년간 Geeksloft와 긴밀하게 협업하며, 수많은 프로토타이핑과 디자인 연구를 함께해왔습니다. 이번 Perisphere 프로젝트에서는 콘셉트를 양산형에 가까운 형태로 고도화하며, 스탠바이 모드, 헤드폰 모드, XR 모드 각각의 사용 및 착용 방식에 최적화된 구조와 휴먼 팩터를 반영해 새롭게 설계했습니다. 기술적 실현 가능성과 사용자 경험, 조형적 완성도를 균형 있게 담아낸 새로운 디자인을 선보입니다.

This Perisphere refinement project was built on IP analysis conducted with the Korea Intellectual Property Strategy Agency (KISTA) and IPS Patent Group, addressing structural and human-factor limitations in the initial concept and redefining it into a functional, real-world product.

NU:BRID redesigned the structure, XR human-factor logic, structural feasibility, and accessory system, contributing to Geeksloft’s CES 2026 the Best of Innovation Award.

We are now developing a more advanced, production-oriented next-generation design.

Perisphere by Geeksloft is a next-gen smart device that reimagines the familiar shape of wireless headphones with XR layered in —
concepted and designed by NUBRID.
Its transparent AR display blends visuals and sound into one seamless, wearable experience.
Music, videos, real-time 3D content creation and sharing — all from a single device that fits right into your day.
Familiar at first glance, but full of surprises — Perisphere is our take on what everyday XR could feel like.

First revealed at SXSW and CES, it caught attention for doing something different — without looking like it.

What you see here is a working prototype — not the final product, but our favorite part of the journey.
We believe in putting ideas into the real world early, where they can be tested, challenged, and made better.
Because if you’ve ever built something from scratch — you know this part isn’t easy, but it’s everything.
Ideas and images are just the beginning. This is where it gets real.

NTL HEALTHCARE’s cervical imaging device is a medical imaging tool designed to diagnose cervical conditions quickly and accurately using AI algorithms. The device features an optimized form factor tailored for medical applications and allows one-handed operation for ease of use. A 38mm lens and well-calibrated lighting ensure precise imaging, while a touch screen enables real-time image verification. The ergonomic 80-degree angle between the grip and lens enhances usability. Additionally, the charging and storage dock is designed with a separated grip structure to ensure secure storage and immediate usability.
