YESNLP Yonsei Eutopic School of Neuro-Linguistic Programming YESNLP는 우리가 자신이 원하는 이상적인 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 도와주는 도구인 NLP 를 전달하는 기관입니다.

NLP Master Trainer 인 Danielle Misook Kim 에 운영되고 있으며, 특히 NLPU 의 Robert Dilts 와 Judith DeLozier 에 의해 새롭게 개발되고 있는 Third Generation NLP를 소개하고 있습니다. NLP는 Neuro-Linguistic Programming 의 약자로서, 1970년대 중반 정보과학전문가이며 심리학도인 Richard Bandler 와 캘리포니아 대학 언어학교수 John Grinder에 의해 창시되었습니다.
당시 세계적으로 명성을 지녔던 심리치료자 Fritz Perls, Virginia Satir, Milton Erikson 을 모델로 삼았습니다. 그 후 NLP는 여러 학문의 전문성이 통합적으로 연결되어 인간 이해, 변화와 우수성 개발을 위해 다양한 분야(교육, 상담, 코칭, 리더십개발, Self Management, 마케팅 등)에서 활용되는 프로그램으로 자리잡았습니다.
