PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER / MARKETING AGENCY
COOL CATS CLUB is seeking a talented Producer/Project Manager on a full-time and/or freelance basis. The Producer will be responsible for managing and producing assigned projects.The Producer is responsible for the day-to-day logistics and ex*****on of experiential events and supervises all program-related activities to ensure they are completed in a timely, efficient and effective manner, within budget. The Producer works under the guidance of the Senior Management to meet client deliverables. The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking, project ownership, and has a can-do attitude. The candidate must be confident and persuasive, enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to drive projects to deadline while delivering a quality product. Management of projects from strategy development through concept ideation and activation/ex*****on is required.
The candidate is able to work from within our Seoul (Hannam-dong) office and has prior experience producing experiential activations and events for brands from varied industries. Ideally, the position will be a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
• Contributes to development of experiential marketing and event/sponsorship activation ideas through with ability to find/contribute unique and creative ideas for projects.
• Estimating and project management of outside production related resources (i.e. artists, technical, vendors, freelancers, etc).
• Estimating and project management of internal production resources (i.e creative, senior management, finance, etc).
• Track and manage project development timelines, schedules and workflows (i.e on-site agendas, rehearsal schedules, project change notices, etc).
• Overall management of project budgets including purchase orders, invoices, on-site changes and final billing.
• Manages production process and tasks, activities, risk, quality control and production team member. Support projects throughout the event lifecycle.
• Development of RFPs (Request of Proposal), production planning documents, client briefs, agreements and contracts.
• Source, manage and coordinate all 3rd party vendors, bidding out vendor quotes as needed and ultimately foster positive vendor relationships (i.e fabrication, production, sound, lighting, staging, rentals, logistics, catering, venue, freelancers, etc).
• Manage and lead all crew and staff on site, including managing and controlling all Load Ins and Load Outs.
• Reconcile all production budgets and prepare post event analysis of production including detailed after action reports and evaluations
• Estimates all aspects of project and creates SOW (Statement of Work).
• End-to-end project management responsibility.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university.
• 2+years of experience in development and production of experiential activations and/or branded environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; precise, tactful, and articulate.
• A basic understanding of costs associated with physical design for production estimating and overall project budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret project design briefs and CAD documentation.
• Knowledge of staging, scenic, lighting, audio, & video systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of SNS and online marketing is a plus.
• Understanding of pop culture trends, new innovations, music, lifestyle and entertainment space.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Organization skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments due to an extensive volume of work, tight timelines and a high level of client service.
• Must also be able to work on projects in a team environment and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, third-party vendors and client.
• Weekend and late night work is to be expected.
• Must be fluent in Korean and English, French is a plus.
