충남 대산 "L"사의 3" OVAL 질량유량계 내부에 라텍스 스케일이 많이 있어서 사용할 수 없었는데,

There are a lot of latex scales inside the 3" OVAL mass flow meter of Daesan "L" company in Chungcheongnam, so I couldn't use it.
Knowing the information that GL Technology can clean the interior without damage, the leader in charge asked for it.
I've had a lot of cases of blockage pe*******on and cleaning of 1" or 1/2" sizes over the years, but this was the first time I'd ever seen a flow meter this large.

This time, we were able to pe*****te the triangular 1/2" mass flow meter that we had worked on before.
In general, when the flow meter is blocked, it is often pierced by connecting high-temperature steam, and it may be possible if it is a material that is easily soluble in heat, but it is true that there is a high possibility of measurement error during calibration because there are many cases where the residue is attached to the tube even though it has been pe*****ted depending on the type.
However, GL Technology Co., Ltd. uses chemicals suitable for each material and provides satisfactory quality for calibration as foreign substances are completely removed from the interior in a special method, and no corrosion or physical damage occurs at all.
This mass flow meter is a flow meter that goes deep into the nozzle of the fl**ge and is divided into two tubes, so it was difficult to work, but the two tubes were completed perfectly.
In most cases, one of the two tubes is blocked, so it cannot be solved without penetrating each tube.
When the water flow test is performed, it can be seen that the flow of water with one tube blocked forms a turbulent stream with an unsafe appearance, but when the two tubes are pe*****ted and the water flow is pe*****ted, the water stream filled with the nozzle becomes stable.
If you do it until there is no plugging material discharged and do a water flow test, you will be able to see clearly.

이번에는 전에 작업해 봤던 삼각형 모양의 1/2" 사이즈의 질량유량계를 관통하는 작업을 수행하였습니다.

일반적으로 유량계가 막히게 되면 고온의 스팀을 연결하여 뚫는 경우가 많은데, 열에 잘 녹는 물질이라면 가능할 수도 있지만 종류에 따라 관통은 되었지만 잔유물이 튜브에 붙어 있는 경우가 많아 Calibration시 측정 오차가 날 가능성이 높은게 사실입니다.

그러나, 지엘기술(주)는 각각의 물질에 맞는 케미칼을 사용하고 특수한 방법으로 내부에 이물질이 완벽하게 제거되고, 부식없고 물리적이 손상이 전혀 발생하지 않아 Calibration에 만족하는 품질을 제공합니다.

이번 질량유량계는 플랜지 노즐안쪽으로 깊숙히 들어가서 2개의 Tube로 나누어진 유량계라서 작업이 힘들었지만 2개의 Tube를 완벽하게 작업 완료하였습니다.

대부분 2개의 Tube중에 1개 Tube가 막히기 때문에 각각의 Tube를 관통하지 않으면 해결할 수 가 없는 구조입니다.

통수 Test를 하면 1개의 Tube가 막혀있는 상태의 통수 물줄기는 불안전한 모습의 난류 물줄기가 형성되지만 2개의 Tube가 관통되어 통수가 되면 노즐을 꽉 채운 물줄기가 안정적으로 만들어지는 것을 알수가 있습니다.

배출되는 Plugging물질이 없을때까지 하고 통수 Test를 하면 확연히 알수가 있게 됩니다.

이러한 Cleaning공법을 지엘기술이 세계 최초로 개발하여 고객에게 만족스런 Service와 Cost절감을 실현해 드리고 있습니다.

Hello, this is GL Technology Co., Ltd. This article is about mass flow meter chemical cleaning pe*******on.
In the case of mass flow meters, when polyol is inserted, a scale is created in the coil and the inside of the coil becomes blocked.
In the case of mass flow meters, it is not possible to perform high-pressure cleaning because the electronic equipment is inside, and it is not possible to clean the strong acids and alkalis.
If you use a cleaning agent, it will corrode the coil and you won't be able to do your job.
In the case of the mass flow meter that I was working on this time, the person in charge said,
He said he was having a hard time because he couldn't remove the scale in the coil.

In the case of the mass flow meter, the inside of the coil is very narrow, so we inserted an endoscope camera to determine whether the scale removal was reliable or not.

As you can see from the picture, the amount of scale was discharged much more than expected, and it took 2~3 days to completely remove the scale and bring it in. After bringing it in, the person in charge told me that the calibration was very normal, and I was satisfied.
