POSITION: CIVIL QA/QC INSPECTOR (SITE)

We are seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Inspector to join with our team in the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities:
1. Inspect and monitor all civil construction activities, including piling, foundations, concrete, precast, buildings, and road works.
2. Review civil drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures before work ex*****on.
3. Conduct raw material, stage, final, and client-witness inspections and ensure compliance with approved requirements.
4. Review contractor quality deliverables and verify that required inspections, tests, and documentation are completed.
5. Perform ITR inspections, update inspection records, and maintain accurate quality documentation in project systems.
6. Witness concrete cube tests, mix design qualifications, and other required civil testing activities.
7. Raise, monitor, and close NCRs, coordinating with contractors and relevant stakeholders for corrective and disposal actions.
8. Conduct site surveillance, quality audits, walkdowns, and punch-list activities to identify and resolve quality issues.
9. Verify qualifications of personnel involved in special processes and ensure compliance with applicable QA/QC requirements.
10. Coordinate closely with the client, TPI, construction, engineering, HSE, and project teams to support quality requirements and timely project ex*****on.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 8 years of QA/QC or Quality Inspection experience in Engineering, EPCC, Oil & Gas, or related industries.
2. Strong experience in civil construction inspection, including piling, foundations, concrete, precast, superstructure, and road works.
3. Good knowledge of PQP, ITPs, method statements, inspection procedures, NCRs, and quality documentation.
4. Experience in concrete mix design, qualification, cube testing, and related inspection activities.
5. Previous experience working in site construction and Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
6. Technical qualification in Civil Engineering – bachelor’s degree, B.E. Civil, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
7. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management System requirements; auditing experience is preferred.
8. Experience with Aconex, QUEST, InTouch, or similar quality/document management systems.
9. Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, TPI agencies, construction teams, and project stakeholders.
10. Strong skills in quality surveillance, auditing, reporting, NCR/CAPA follow-up, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
