Key Responsibilities:

1- Manage and control all project documents in line with project specifications and procedures
2- Maintain Master Document List (MDL) and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper version control
3- Coordinate document flow between clients, vendors, and internal teams through EDMS and transmittals
4- Monitor document status, prepare reports, and support audits and final project documentation (dossiers)

Requirements:

1- 3–7 years of experience in document control within EPC / Oil & Gas projects
2- Hands-on experience with EDMS (e.g., Aconex) and document management systems
3- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and standards
