Workshop announcement! 📣📣 Who is excited to learn calligraphy!? Beginner and intermediate classes are now listed! PAPER & NEST and I are getting all the fun goodies prepared and can’t wait to meet you!

March 11th, 4:30-8:00 Beginning pointed pen calligraphy
March 12th, 4:30-8:00 Beginning pointed pen calligraphy
March 13th, 4:30-8:00: Intermediate Calligraphy

The beginner class will cover materials and basics. You’ll leave with a strong foundation of pointed pen calligraphy, and tons of goodies from me and from PAPER & NEST!

The intermediate class is perfect if you’re comfortable with calligraphy and want to take your skills further. We’ll cover different kinds of ink, upper case letters, different scripts, flourishing and much more!

We’ve set the dates for the fall Calligraphy and watercolor classes at 🙌🏼 Please join us for three fun and creative evenings, where you will learn pointed pen Calligraphy, brush lettering and different watercolor techniques. At the end of the class you’ll have the time to put your skills to use and create a print or card.

Last class before summer break! Please join us for three fun, creative evenings: May 8th, 9th and 10th at ! You will learn traditional calligraphy with a nib and ink, watercolor lettering, watercolor techniques like washes and leaf garlands, and how to combine your new calligraphy skills with watercolor, and you'll go home with tons of supplies and goodies! One of my resolutions this year was to be better about not watching so much bad tv while I work-because really after hours of Homeland and Law and Order everyone starts seeming like an FBI spy or a murderer 🙈 So I've been listening to tons of podcasts. I've been leaning towards business minded podcasts and I just finished binging on Goal Digger by . The one that resonated with and made me think about my businesses with fresh eyes is about how to set expectations with clients from your first interaction. One of the main take always was 'under promise and over deliver,' which I'm trying to become better at doing. What other podcasts should I check out?
