KFF said, “These days most of the commodities and household items are available at a single click from home. But for fish, we are forced to visit the market. Due to this, people store mass quantity of fish in their refrigerators for days. That’s how we realized the need of delivering variety of fishes for the best price and quality at people’s doorstep.”

The online store is currently in English. But soon it will cater to customers speaking; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam,Tamil,Telugu, Kannada and Tagalog said Ahmed.
Minimum purchase should be for 1kg. They charge only 750 fils. for home delivery and purchase of above 12 KD, it is free delivery. The Delivery timings are from 4.00pm – 9pm (In future they may be 24/7)

KFF offering 5 % cash back on all Pre-Order and a guarantee fish return policy, wherein customers can return the fish to the store within 24 hours, if they are not happy with the produce, irrespective of whether it is cooked or not.

There will be a physical store of salmiya with 10 employees who previously worked at fish market and supermarkets. “We will be procuring four containers of fresh fish procured from the same sources that supply fish to the local fish markets,”
