I am currently had my own Personal Training and Health Coaching business which can have me working for over 12hour days.. I am from a family of ten, I have 5 brothers and 4 sisters we all grew up in Spanish Town ,Jamaica. Growing up with so many siblings gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about dealing with people with various personalities and i found out from an early age that I love helping people. When I left high school I was lost as to what I wanted to do with my life so I took a job working in the hotel industry as an entertainment coordinator. This gave me great exposure and taught me self confidence as we had to participate inn the planning of meetings for groups and events, planning and coordinating daily activities for guests and groups also socializing with event participants. After couple of years I went into the field of electronics where I worked as a computer technician at IBM. While working there I was practicing taekwondo and training as a bodybuilder. For 10 years I competed in martial arts and bodybuilding for Jamaica where i earned numerous trophies and medals. It was after the disaster of 9/11 in 2001 that i decided to take the leap of faith and moved to Cayman Islands which has been my home ever since. I love what I do as a personal trainer but working time for money is not gonna cut it as I would like to be financially free to be able to help my family and give me the freedom to travel more and enjoy life.
