Sales Associate
Global Security Services Ltd. – George Town, Grand Cayman
Global Security Services Ltd. is a growing security solutions provider in the Cayman Islands specializing in electronic security systems, CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, security guarding, patrol and response services, and integrated security technologies for commercial, residential, and government clients.
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate with 3–5 years of experience to support business development and client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s security products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
This role requires a candidate who is confident in client interaction, capable of preparing quotations and proposals, and able to manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
Important:
Candidates must have prior sales experience within a service-based business environment. Applicants whose sales experience is limited only to retail businesses will not be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and sell security products and services to new and existing clients
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Prepare quotations, proposals and bid for project
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Follow up on leads and manage sales opportunities
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Ability to prepare sales reports, track campaign performance, and monitor sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years proven sales experience, preferably within a service-based business
• Diploma in Sales, Sales & Marketing or higher education
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to client meetings and job sites
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of marketing and ability to collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and professional email communication
• Experience with reviewing bid requests and requirements accurately
Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The successful candidate must also be flexible and willing to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings or weekends when required to support business sales campaign, marketing initiatives and trade show’s needs.
Salary & Benefits:
CI$2,800 – CI$3,000 per month, based on experience.
