We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Cable Installer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of low-voltage security cabling and infrastructure across a variety of electronic security systems.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to read and interpret floor plans, and hands-on experience installing structured cabling for security and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities (Duties include but are not limited to):

• Install, terminate, label, and test low-voltage cables
• Install cable infrastructure including conduits, trunking, cable trays, and containment systems
• Perform rough-in work for cable pathways during construction phases
• Install and service cabling for burglary alarm and fire alarm systems
• Install cabling for CCTV surveillance systems
• Install cabling for video intercom and access control systems
• Install cabling for automatic gates and barrier systems
• Install and terminate cabling for Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS)
• Install induction ground loop cables for vehicle detection used in security gates and barrier systems
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, schematics, and floor plans

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience installing low-voltage security system cabling
• Proven experience working with security system and fire alarm cabling
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and wiring schematics
• Experience installing Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) sensor cabling
• Experience installing ground loop detection cables for vehicle access systems

Mandatory Requirements:

• Certification and hands-on experience with Southwest Microwave Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems or a similar PIDS platform
• Certification or formal training in basic electronic security systems

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: CI$3,000 – CI$3,200 per month (based on experience)
• Vacation: In accordance with Cayman Islands Labor Law
• Pension: In accordance with Cayman Islands Labor Law

Important Requirement:

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have proven experience in security system cabling.

Experience limited to data networking cabling or general electrical wiring alone will not be considered sufficient for this role. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience specifically with low-voltage security infrastructure, including systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarms, access control, video intercoms, automatic gates, and perimeter intrusion detection systems (PIDS).

Global Security Services Ltd. – George Town, Grand Cayman
Global Security Services Ltd. is a growing security solutions provider in the Cayman Islands specializing in electronic security systems, CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, security guarding, patrol and response services, and integrated security technologies for commercial, residential, and government clients.

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate with 3–5 years of experience to support business development and client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s security products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This role requires a candidate who is confident in client interaction, capable of preparing quotations and proposals, and able to manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.

Important:
Candidates must have prior sales experience within a service-based business environment. Applicants whose sales experience is limited only to retail businesses will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and sell security products and services to new and existing clients
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Prepare quotations, proposals and bid for project
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Follow up on leads and manage sales opportunities
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Ability to prepare sales reports, track campaign performance, and monitor sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years proven sales experience, preferably within a service-based business
• Diploma in Sales, Sales & Marketing or higher education
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to client meetings and job sites
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of marketing and ability to collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and professional email communication
• Experience with reviewing bid requests and requirements accurately

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The successful candidate must also be flexible and willing to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings or weekends when required to support business sales campaign, marketing initiatives and trade show’s needs.

Salary & Benefits:
