Hazel joined the team in July 2025, bringing executive search experience from PwC Ireland's Workforce division, where she supported the placement of C-suite and senior-level executives across both the public and private sectors. That grounding in senior, high-stakes hiring has shaped the rigour and discretion she brings to every mandate.
At SteppingStones, Hazel has operated as a generalist recruiter across a broad range of assignments, partnering with clients to understand not only the technical requirements of a role but the team, culture and leadership context it sits within. Her academic background, including Master's degrees in Psychology and in Work & Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University, gives her a distinctive perspective on assessment, motivation and long-term fit.
