We’re Hiring: Security Officers

Position: Security Officer
Salary: CI $8.75 per hour
Benefits: In accordance with statutory requirements in the Cayman Islands

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a secure and safe environment for clients and property
Monitor premises and conduct routine patrols
Control access points and respond to incidents professionally
Write clear and accurate incident reports

Requirements:

4–5 years of proven experience in security services
Certified and professionally trained (documentation required)
Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write standard English
High school education or higher
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle
Physically fit, alert, and dependable
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and reliability
