The Program
This program is geared to young adults from the ages of 12 and above, these are the foundation years. What they do in these years account for almost 80% of what they do in their future? “So we want you to strike while the iron’s hot.” Each seminar is tailored to offer the skills that a person will need to contribute to society and shape their own futures. Mentorship
Through Mentorship

at Y.E.A young entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to have access to our mentors to support them so that they can continue to excel in what ever arena they choose to participate in. The Goal
At Y.E.A our ultimate goal for those who complete the Entrepreneur Training (link to seminars page) individuals are given the opportunity to see their business ideas come to life. We will work along side the entrepreneurs and consult on things like research, planning and ex*****on of their ideas to help make their business idea a reality. Giving Back...
Y.E.A will have one more function to the business community, we want to be able to invest in start-up businesses and support their transition into the business world. The prospective candidate will propose their business venture to our committee, then we will make recommendations and if the candidate accepts these recommendations then we will award the candidate with a monetary investment towards their venture. This will be subject to a monthly review based on action plans and deadlines set out in the investment agreement.
