The main challenge for this project was balancing a formal government perspective with a look and feel that is approachable for all citizens. We wanted to ensure the message was easy to reach and encouraged everyone to participate.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to produce this video. Before starting this project, we didn’t fully understand the daily lives, policies, or specific challenges faced by people with disabilities. However, over the past few months of working on this, we have gained a much deeper understanding of these challenges and the CRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) National Action Plan.

Jager is looking for a "Creative Duck"—a versatile, all-around talent who can swim through different creative tasks with ease. We are seeking a Design & Video Creator who is ready to grow with us and turn high-level concepts into stunning visual realities.

👉🏻 Key Responsibilities:
1. As a junior-level creator (1–3 years experience), you won’t just be a staff member; you’ll be a vital part of our mission. You will:
2. Graphic Design: Produce high-quality artwork, social media posts, and brand-relevant designs.
3. Video Production: Take charge of basic filming and editing to create engaging video content.
4. Creative Strategy: Support the project and company brands under the direct guidance of the Managing Director.
5. The "Duck" Mentality: Be ready to jump into various creative tasks as the project evolves.

👉🏻 Qualifications:
1. A Passionate Creator: You have 1–3 years of experience, but more importantly, you have a deep hunger to achieve and a portfolio that proves it.
2. A Visual All-Rounder: You are comfortable with both static design and moving images.
